MY SCHOOL CARD PROJECT

Blouvlei School Lsen is embarking on the My School Card Project for 2007.

This means that very time you make a purchase at Woolworths and present you My School Card a % of what you’ve spent will be deposited into Blouvlei School’s banking account. Your contribution will enrich the lives of many learners.

• Complete personal details
• I.D. Number
• Your card will be posted to you as soon as you have registered.

ALTERNATIVELY|: Phone the school and we can complete the registration on your behalf.

You can fill out a MySchool nomination form at your local Woolworths Store and become a MySchool cardholder.
