The Governing Body's primary role is governance of the school with a particular focus on fundraising. The Governing Body is made up of a minimum of 5 parents plus two Cs educator and one public service representative. Additional members can be co-opted if they have specific skills that will be useful.
The Governing Body has 5 subcommittees, i.e.:
Professional Development
Policy
Fund-raising, Finance
Grounds & Maintenance
Transport.
The Principal and School Management Team are responsible for the day to day management of the school. The Principal and senior staff team meet on a weekly basis. This senior staff team has a representative of each department and a public service representative staff member present.
Parents and staff at the Annual General Meeting elect the Governing Body and discuss key issues and the school fees are agreed.
